Don't worry about the tracker, if you have done transactions (as per correct mcc) in the month of June. You will surely receive it before 31st July, 2025.

They release cashback in batches, just have some patience.

Yup, recieved the cb today morning, now the tracker is showing up as well.

Also, the CB for this month is correctly being displayed on it as 243/500, but when I am clicking on the diamond of this month, it is showing a popup saying

"You missed upto 500 cashback. You missed ur monthly deposit. Cashback was not activated."

I deposited 5k twice on 1 july lol, did another 5k deposit rn itself just to be safe. Are y'all getting the same popup?

Koi txn bhi kiya tha?

Cashback tracker:
811 App -> Login -> Click on "Bank" Tab at the top -> Scroll down & Click on Diamond below cards -> Scroll Up & Click on Diamond again -> You will see Cashback earned for this month's txns at top, for previous months' cashback scroll down.
 
Hey guys,
I have a Kotak 811 Super Account, but now it is only showing as “811 Full KYC” in the app, and I can’t find Super mentioned anywhere in app.
I called customer care many times. They say my account is still Super and I’m getting the super cashback every month, but they are not helping to fix this issue.

Is anyone else facing this?

the cashback progress showing. Is it this month or previous month's?
