nobody goes through the effort of building a feature then take it down thinking it will backfire. If that was the opinion they wouldn't spend money developing the feature, it's more probable that it was an experimental feature that needs more polishing to match up to the 811 app standards like @CarbonLogic suggested and will return later.

It's server side, I was on 3.6.3. It was showing me cashback per month screen. Now its gone, so it's not you but Lotak.
It would have made harder for them to retract cashback hence removed I guess...
