Same here. Got notification and clicked thinking something big happening in lotak ate-bun-bun topic but read comments and found lotak is no more interesting so now people discussing Pooja Anni Bar type comments here. 🤣

Accha hai apna acc. ni hai lotak mein nahi cb naa aaney ki wajah se hamarey bhai bandhu apney dimaag 500 balance kho rahe hai.

Calculated CB: 271
Received: 234

So I reviewed my spends and found out that out of 2 of the Amazon purchases that I did, 1 did not get considered for cashback because "description" mentioned its "Amazon Pay India Private" vs "www amazon in". Even though both the Amazon purchases were regular purchases, the merchant through which payment is going is randomized I guess. Very unfortunate. I am not sure if this can be disputed?

Update-

P.S: I have sent them a mail at Level 1 with transaction details of what txn they did not consider for Cashback.
