I raised complaint to PNO first, they said they'll credit in April, they didn't.
So I raised to RBI BO, immediately got call from Kotak next day, got the cb within a week.
Then kotak called a week later to close the complaint, I requested credit of compensation for the time I had to spend on their stupidity of trying to retroactively apply new t&c on previous transactions, then they credited ₹500 compensation as well within 2 days, then I agreed to close RBI complaint.
