Cards ab lagta hai kotak layega hi nahi , dar gaya lagta hai .

BAnk sirf zero balance ke wajah se chalra aise freeze karega tab to hogaya .

Same time in & out ki wajah se block kiya tha. --> as per telephonic conversation with Lotak agent.

Same amount tha kya? 2 transaction same time, means min ka koi gap nahi tha?

In morning someone visited for physical verification and then activated it back after 5 hrs.

Ohh ok

I guess they're expecting with basic account customer shouldn't perform multiple transactions.

I enrolled yesterday and was charged ₹399 instead of ₹300. They updated the charges page on website afterwards, and it still links to a fee schedule that says ₹300 enrollment fee.

Fee was 300 till 31st may .
From June 1 it got increased by 100 .

399 will be deducted from account itself while Rs.21 will be provided to them in "Shagun ka Lifafa with Re.1 coin taped outside and Rs.20 note inside" 😆

Also another way to pay this fee is, one can use ATM of other banks using Kotak DC for 4th txn (after 3 free txn) which will charge Rs.21 till June 30.

After that Rs.23.

Wasn't following the thread for a long time now, can anyone update if they were able to get January cb? I didn't get it in any of my accounts.

You need to complain to PNO, now they will also deny at first because its been too late, but then you should not budge and remind them that you received the T&C change mail on 28th january and you have done transactions before that, still initially they will deny but after 2 or 3 mails and calls they will agree, do all this only if you think its worth your time for 500 bucks

Better to send just one email .
Let them deny. Then make a complaint in RBI Ombudsman showing the TCs and all and ask for compensation
