Correct, one is 811 virtual and the other is 811 super virtual. You can use either, as both are currently working fine.

Your physical 811 super numbers will match the 811 super virtual, as both are same.

Logically, only 811 super should be working, but Kotak doesn't seem to be aware of it, and it's already been a few months.

If you ask me, I've been using only 811 super since september 2024, don't want to take any risks.
