Ek dost ka may 14th ko total freeze hua tha account, aaj Jake unfreeze hua. Now the problem is:- Usko cashback section me dikha rha h ki april ka cashbank credit hua(500) bht account me balance reflect nhi kr rha h 🥲.

Any solution?

Kiya kismat hai bhai logoko edhar cashback nhi mil raha or jisko milraha o account mai nhi araha iss Lotak ko firse Ban karo RBI.

What exactly did you tell them regarding the January cashback? Did you mention:

"You used your debit card to pay credit card bills on SBI Unipay?"

Koi formality nehi chahiye. Jab tak formally email kar raha tha koi reply nehi mila aur jab badtameezi se mail Kiya kuch response mila.
Jo chahe galiya likh ke bhej do.

Note: email them only if you raised issue on RBI ombudsman and they promise to credit.

If the merchant name is coming as AMAZON PAY then you won't be receiving the cashback as kotak consider this a wallet load transaction and as per their new TnCs you aren't entitled for a cashback on wallet load transaction.
