You should read t&c again, if you are thinking of using JD for cc bills, they are tracking every transaction.

was thinking for using it to pay wifi bill. life's pain since amazon-rupay offer ended

If the merchant name is coming as AMAZON PAY then you won't be receiving the cashback as kotak consider this a wallet load transaction and as per their new TnCs you aren't entitled for a cashback on wallet load transaction.
