Update: Contacted 811 Customer care and Social Media Escalation Team today. My account converted to 811 Super from 811 Full KYC account and got this message:

"Hi Kotak811 Customer, We have processed your 811 Infinity Metal Debit Card & it will be delivered to you within 5-7 working days. Thank you for banking with us." Hope soon I'll get my card in hand.

I previously had a 811 account in 2018. But it was not fully kyc completed and later got inactive and dormant in 2019.

No Bro. It's only for new to bank. At present they're saying it's also stopped for New to Bank Customers

I opened a Kotak 811 Super Account today. During the process, the representative verified my Aadhaar and PAN details with the bank to confirm that I was a new-to-bank customer. After confirming this, he assured me that I would be eligible for the metal debit card if I funded the account with more than ₹81,100. The entire process was very smooth, and I also received a confirmation message stating that my 811 Infinity Debit Card has been processed.

Twice my account opening got rejected due to some issue from their side. Even bank is clueless.

I have raised complaint to Kotak via email and its being looked into.

Its horrible.
