Opened the account and got the metal debit card. The process was very smooth. Opened the account online abd tried doing video kyc. It was rejected since my PAN was old and they didn't accept. Later a bank representatives called me and came to my place. She informed me about depositing 81100 Rs to get the metal debit card. Within 2 hour account got converted to super. Next day debit card was genereated and displayed in thr app. Got the physical card in 5 days.
