Devaluation KIWI revised rewards and excluded lot of mcc from 1st June 25

Today made a ₹6000 payment at a sanitary ware shop for a tap. Didn't get any kiwis. App saying it's excluded category!!!

Nothing can be done.

for me a grocery shop had an mcc of jewelery and never got kiwis for it

groceries
food/dining
shopping/apparel
doctor/clinic ?

Grocery: swiggy 10% and amazon 5%
Dining: eazydiner and swiggy more than 10%
Shopping: GV between 5 to 10%

So kiwi is only useful for ill people i.e. doc/clinic

Is the swiggy 10% for grocery through instamart or any other?

Only Instamart. If you want everywhere use HSBC live+

AXIS BANK SUPERMONEY RuPay Credit Card. This is best now. 3% CB on UPI spends. Cashback capped at INR 500 per statement cycle

Joining/Annual Fee- Nil (Lifetime Free Credit Card).

Had two queries on the Neon milestone benefit. First is since the online payment carries only 0.5% rewards, on hitting milestone of 3% at 50k spend will I get rewards of 2.5% on the online spends, thereby making it a total reward of 3%? I primarily have this query for booking flight tickets as ordinarily while booking flight tickets unless a specific card offer is used or except in Amazon, I generally used Edge CSB card which gives 2% cashback on travel. If kiwi gives the 3% on hitting milestone then I'd prefer kiwi as I am sure to cross 1.5L spend.
Secondly under Neon membership, the scan and pay gives 2% kiwis and milestone goes upto 5% on spend of 1.5L. so after I got the 1.5L spends, then does it revert to the base structure of 2%?

first : The milestone works this way. First 50K you get the extra 1%, next 50K the extra 2%. next 50K the extra 3%.
When you use online for 50K you get the 0.5% + the extra 1% for hitting the milestone. So always hit the milestones with rewarding payments like scan and pay which give 2%.

Good old credit card cash back days and bill payment cash back are over. On normal spends.

Now they are playing psychological game and wants us to spend more and more by placing milestone and minimum spends for rewards. The extra amount we spend here to earn extra rewards is actually making us poor.

For UPI HDFC Tata Neu/ Axis Neo one card for each month another Next month ( these are the worst UPI cards but I'll spend only where it's required no Pressure of extra spends for rewards or milestone)
