Were they not already issuing Cards in partnership with Federal bank a year back ? CSB partnership was announced only recently AFAIK.

today they've released MITC and some FAQ !!
still failed to make clear where exactly people will get 5% cashback !!
using Jupiter UPI with the card will fetch "upto 5%" but which txn category that is not clarified !!
most likely going to end up as a marketing gimmick, real 5% probably gonna be given in a rare category and for a short time only !!

Earning rewards

1. Upto 5% Cashback on UPI-Credit Card Spends:
a. This offer is applicable to UPI Edge CSB RuPay Bank Credit Card transactions made through Jupiter UPI app for transactions pertaining to UPI Intent, UPI-Scan & Pay, and UPI-Collect requests.
b. Linking the Edge CSB RuPay Bank card to other UPI Apps will not be guaranteed for cashback.
c. Cashback rates may vary and will be subject to the terms communicated by the Bank or partner.
d. Eligibility for cashback is subject to Merchant Category Codes (MCCs) determined by the bank.
e. Every 5 Jewels can be redeemed for Rs. 1 Cash, Brand Vouchers, or Digital Gold.
f. Spend on top categories such as Groceries, Food & Bev, Dining Out, Fitness & Health, Travel for higher chance of rewards. Jupiter Accelerated cashback will applicable to bill payments and voucher purchases made through the Jupiter App.
g. The specific cashback rates will be notified by the bank/partner through the Jupiter App.

2. Flat 1% Cashback on RuPay Credit Card Spends:
a. This offer provides a flat 1% cashback on all Edge CSB RuPay Bank Credit Card transactions, including online and in-store purchases.
b. 5 Jewels can be redeemed for Rs. 1 Cash, Brand Vouchers, or Digital Gold.

3. Additional 1% Cashback on UPI and Credit Card Spends
a. Users shall be eligible for additional 1% cashback on combined spend of Edge CSB RuPay Bank Credit Card and UPI transaction equivalent or above ₹30,000 in a given billing cycle.
b. Cashback will be credited at the end of the billing cycle. 5 Jewels can be redeemed for Rs. 1 Cash or Gold.

4. Welcome Voucher of Rs. 250/- on 1st Successful Transaction with Partner Brands:
a. A welcome voucher will be issued to customer valued at Rs. 250/- after the first successful UPI Credit card transaction from the Edge CSB RuPay Bank Credit Card on Jupiter App. User can select any one voucher via partner brands Amazon, Flipkart, Swiggy, Zomato, or Myntra.
b. The voucher will be available on the Jupiter app and sent to the Cardholder's registered communication channel as per the records.

Yes , I read these on Jupiter community and the part above I find most atrocious.
This upto 5% cashback thing is their main USP and that's where they're keeping the maximum ambiguity. Absolutely ludicrous IMO.
