My jio payment freeze
1. Bank account statement of the person who transferred the highest credited amount to your Jio Payments Bank account within 5 days before freeze date. (without any password protection). Statement of 30 days has to be shared.
2. Account Holder’s name, Address and Bank name should be clearly visible
3. Debit transactions should reflect as Credit in a JPB account.
4. PAN/Aadhaar copy (Last 4 digits of Aadhaar) of the same person
5. If using for cashbacks/offers, then share the snap of the offer OR if using for business (i.e. shop, small vendors, etc.) then share your business details (i.e. Business licence)
The Bank statement should clearly reflect transactions with your Jio Payments Bank. Post validation of shared documents, you will receive a verification call for account unblocking process.
