Official Jio Stores are purposefully denying mobility and Fibre/AirFibre requests in my district.
Redirecting to unofficial stores.
IN CASH
1) Flat 100 minimum for small requests. 200 for medium requests, 500 for lengthy requests. For ex: INR 100 + INR 50 for SIM replacement.
2) INR 200 + FRC for new mobility connections.
3) INR 500 + Monthly rental for Air Fiber/Fiber
If home delivery opted for online request, they demand to collect SIM from these centres. If you complain, you don't get your request processed, you have to visit another city.
Payment ONLY in cash.
No response from PGPORTAL/CPGRAMS complaint. Appellate authority (A joke and a puppet) playing with the issue.
