Is their any card which gives Patna railway lounge access?

Last when i visited in Feb 2025, they were not giving any benefits on credit or debit card
I complaint to Rupay.evert time they say they are working on my complaint..i send reminder every 10-20 days .till then same instance

I received an update from DF staff that they’ve improved the hospitality experience after multiple customer complaints. Sealdah has already started implementing these changes from April. Earlier, meal refills weren’t allowed, but now they offer unlimited refills—just like airport lounges. Plus, the food quality has also improved noticeably.

Patna is not under Lounge access in any bank documents 📄
Plus they don't have any dreamfolks tieup
