Yes. i am joint ac holder in that ac. Why to send ur mother. Just go alone with her sign on paper with documents. If they ask then send ur mother. I dont think they will ask as its just Product code change.

I have 1 emt n 1 rsdc. Both applied from app. Never applied for 2nd rsdc so dont know abt it.
