iPad at 18k. Should I keep it?

Contacted support they sent me this. So doorstep refusal is the safest?
Yes. For Amazon it happened with me several times. There was a lazy amazon delivery agent in my area. He used to cancel all the parcels after 8pm and used to mark it as 'rejected by customer'. Full refund initiated within 1 day every time.

You can reject it. If you don't receive call several times also, they will mark it as rejected. It's probably open box delivery. So never share any OTP for delivery.

Thanks man! Not gonna take risk. I will reject at the doorstep.

What version? Total Cost? And How is your experience?
i am also using ipad9 that i bought in 2022.. got for around 27K... had placed order in amazon during some sale for 24K and they had cancelled after 7 days even after making it out for delivery two times....
ipads are extremely smooth and lag free... cannot be compared to android tabs... the only drawback i feel is 64gb coz my kids downloads lots of games and records videos... apart from that everything is cool....

I got mine ipad 9 gen wifi only for 16700 in oct 2024. So far My experience has been good for notes and all. Bought a pencil from Panasonic website. Only downside for me is heating while playing games

the official stylus is way too expensive
I've used the 3rd party stylus available for 1-1.5k on my iPad mini. I've also used the official Apple Pencil 1 on my sister's iPad 8th gen.

I liked the 3rd party stylus more. Apart from pressure sensitivity, everything else worked well - charging, touch response, tilt support.

My comment is only to help future people who read this thread. Personally, I am happy that you went ahead with Samsung FE. It is a better tablet for your purposes.

Yes! The only a few things I will miss: better processor and "Apple" Logo. 😁
Good that you were sensible here to let go of these things. Processor is better for iPads and iPhones in general, but rarely anybody ever uses that performance - because the OS is locked.

Android generally has a decently strong processor, but the OS is open so people/developer push it to the limits. I feel that is a better way, because phone manufacturers are forced to be better everyday.

Stylus experience is different for everyone. I 1st purchased kingone black pencil with ₹1900. Initially it was great. Much lighter in weight compared to apple pencil 1. After 10 months it's double tap stopped functioning properly. Had to charge to switch on the pencil. Black coating also gone and aluminium body came out. It's tip is much harder than apple pencil. So it started to create scratches on expensive tempered glass.

Thanks to kingone. Posted detailed review with 1star rating in Amazon. Then kingone mailed me and refunded the whole amount.

Then purchased apple type c pencil with ₹6299. Cheapest among apple pencils. It's headache free, doesn't kill time to switch on/off, don't make scratches on screen. Don't want to compare build quality and battery. So, apple pencil is more functional for me.
