Got an agent yesterday but video call was not connecting. Tried with different phone same problem. Today again same problem. Fu3k, did BOB vkyc few days ago not problem at all. IOB is shit bank.

Meanwhile few years ago I did ICICI account vkyc using a laptop, was totally smooth no issue at all.

I said this 100 times on many threads, iob is horrible and shitty bank, stay far from it.
They don't have vkyc agents, the fat babus ( staff of the bank ) are given the duty to complete vkyc for customers, that's the reason you don't get any officer for vkyc. They have not outsourced vkyc to any agency.

One thing, iob vkyc need to be done on your phone with 4g or 5g network only. They dont allow via wifi

The sms charges are now 25 paise per sms, with no upper limit. So if you do 500 transactions in a month ur sms charges will be 0.25x500=Rs. 125/- for that month.

They don't update their website, info on their site is pure garbage.
Rs 15/- per quarter charge is absolutely wrong.
