Insurance premium using Amazon pay balance

Insurance premium using credit card on Amazon has convenience fee.

But can anyone confirm if we load Amazon pay balance to required premium amount, would it still charge any convience fee?

I can get Apay balance using amex cards + smartbuy.

Want to be sure before committing to load large sum.

If we bought policy from third party apps like policy Bazar or something
We can pay from there and as of my knowledge payment merchant will be that third party. I.e policybazar If it is from policy Bazar.
If we are buying from a agent either that insurance company should accept amazonpay or if you pay from apps like amazon or just dail or something you will get merchant as that insurer name and it might limit to 25k per transaction.
