Insurance premium using Amazon pay balance

Insurance premium using credit card on Amazon has convenience fee.

But can anyone confirm if we load Amazon pay balance to required premium amount, would it still charge any convience fee?

I can get Apay balance using amex cards + smartbuy.

Want to be sure before committing to load large sum.

I took Gift voucher from Payzapp. Added it to Amazon Pay Balance. Logged in to HDFC life insurance thru their website. In payment option, selected amazon pay wallet. Made the payment ydy.

I have paid directly via insurer using amazon pay wallet and was able to pay 35k premium

LIC has no option of e-wallets. I am not sure if the ancient babus sitting there have even heard of e-wallets yet.
