Insurance Payments via Amazon Pay and AMEX

Hi all,
My family members have insurances, below are the details. I am planning to take AMEX MRCC, just to pay insurances. Also, I am planning to convert these insurances from annual to monthly.



I have the following queries:
1. Whether AMEX will be accepted directly at HDFC/SBI/Care/LIC at these merchants payment gateways ?
2. Since APAY is not allowing payments more than 25k, but this limit is monthly, so is converting premiums from annual to monthly a good option? This will help in AMEX monthly 1500*4 milestone and 20k milestone. Please correct if otherwise.
3. Are Insurances renewal payments included in AMEX MRCC for milestones?
4. Is there any card better than AMEX MRCC for insurance payments? including premium cards except ICICI Times one

2. return wise annual premiums has less compare to monthly premium, calculate how much u will pay including gst if done monthly and whole once annually. then check whether 5% mrcc worth or not.

4. platinum travel would be simpler option, regalia gold better option, IMO.

Thanks for the reply. I checked on the LIC site with one of my friends AMEX card, PG doesn't show any error upon entering card number, not sure whether the payment will be successful or not.

However, didn't checked other sites like HDFC, SBI etc.
