AS per the above insurance payment get reward points but is it at the rate of 5 point for 150 Rs?
can any one confirm, mine is car insurance

Best way would be to buy gv from smartbuy gyftr(not shopping voucher) at 8.5% reward rate and use that gv to pay insurance from amazon.
This way you can get 8.5% reward rate instead of 3.3%.

I am not sure whether you are asking is there any difference or saying that there is no difference.
In either case, there is a difference when buying them, the smartbuy portal clearly mentions which one you are buying. Also GV has an additional fee of around 1.5% on smartbuy, SV doesn’t.
When using them, you can’t use SV to pay bills, etc. You can only use them to do shopping and buy some gift vouchers.
Whereas GV can be used for both bill payments and shopping.

Here's the difference. If you go on smartbuy gyftr portal, it will say just "amazon" for gv and "amazon shopping voucher" for shopping voucher. Also 1k shopping voucher will show final payment amount as 1k whereas amazon gv will show 1014.97 rs as final payment amount due to 1.5% processing fees.

No, effective RR is 8.5. you would get 3X reward point on smartbuy(see below image). that makes it 10% - 1.5%(processing fees). So, effective 8.5%

Haha, I too got dcb 2 weeks back so searching for everything that can maximize RR. Only if NPS payment could be done through amazon gv.. that would have been wonderful 😆
