Or okayish premium cards with super premium joining fees and premium renewal fees( comes with decent non spend based benefits) but with pretty dull spend based reward structure.

I think they have the largest number of cards in india (possibly axis may have more) but without a single product which has iconic status and recall like say infinia, magnus, dcb or even regalia.

Indusind can make a simple card and it will sell like hot cakes

1) zero forex (common across their premium cards)
2) mastercard world elite platform (again common for them)
3) decent priority pass like magnus or infinia (either unlimited across the world for main holder + add on or unlimited overseas for main holder + 6-8 guest visits)
4) reward rate of atleast 3% ...some accelerated benefit like smart but even 2x would work with cap like 15-20k bonus limit

5) movie benefits (again they already have)

6) charge a fee 10k joining n renewal. (Stick to it, don't make everyone ltf after a couple month).
