I’m from a tier 2/3 city and we don’t have Pioneer banking here. They had requested me to open some other variant which had 5L IF but I googled and told them I need Pioneer, signed the form and came back.
Last week the Paisa Bazaar lady who calls me more often than my wife told me about the error & also informed that I will never get an IndusInd CC because I’m self employed and my mentioned income is less than hers 🤦🏼

OMG!!! This is the reason I never got any upgrade. Been an Indus Select partner account holder since last 3-4 years and holding that stupid Legend credit card.
Thanks a lot for pointing it out and hence I checked the porfile section in Indie app. It clearly mentions - Annual Income 50K-1L🤣🤣🤣

Are you sure this way the above error can be rectified? Does emailing them work? How to initiate this Re Kyc

You can also complete Re-KYC through Indie app but you won’t be able to make changes to your income details
