IndusInd Pioneer Legacy at two price points

We have a Pioneer family account. I considered getting a card from IndusInd, focusing on the family's significant government and insurance spending (as an add-on to M4B/Aurum and Amex Platinum travel). At two lakhs in fees, Heritage Metal appears to be a waste. I was considering Legacy. The RM is offering it at a fee of 50 K. Is a lower-fee version available, and what are the differences between the two versions? Even the website and brochures are not clear. Hence, I request answers from the TF community. Thanks.

Lower fee versions will not have hotel chain membership where we get free stay vouchers

I believe I heard it can be given for a 5k per year annual fee.

But this card is a useless card by all means. Wouldn't really recommend this card.

Negotiate for the heritage metal for 50k fees instead.

Heritage metal was offered in three price points if I remember right. 2lakhs, 1.5 and 25 or 50k
