Indusind Legend approval.

Today I applied for Indusind Legend Credit Card through agent. He filled all the details with my consent and vkyc also done.
I received below attached mail. Does it mean that my application will be approved?

Actually same for me , I got a call from an IndusInd agent on 12th July for legend card, I told him my pincode is not serviceable, She said even then your card will be approved, she asked for the address of a serviceable area, I gave it, she applied, I got a call on 14th for physical verification, I told him “I am out of city, you can come after 2 days and get the verification done,” (I told him as the agent taught me,) the verification agent was also very good in behaviour, he said : it's okay sir, I would have put in that the customer has just gone out and will come after 2 days,” the agent was going to come to verify today, before that unluckily i got a rejection mail and I received a message, the bank rejected it citing internal policy🥹

NO i did not recieved call for CC FROM INDUS official but local agent had called me to apply but i did not apply i have 10 enquries in last six month i am not able to understand should i apply or wait for some time more

You should have let him come and your friend / relative might had told him that you stay there..
Now it is difficult to convince the bank as you failed bank's norms..
Still try asking them to reconsider and see what happens
