I registered successfully but it's seperate netbanking interphase for indie customers only.

I just registered on Indie netbanking and now I am unable to access Indusnet netbanking.

Indie app and Indie netbanking don't have options to redeem debit card reward points as a cash.

How can I switch to old netbanking?

OMG that's terrible! They are straightaway dropping product features from first INDIE app and now INDIE netbanking! It's good that the CEO/MD of this terrible bank have resigned but we need better leadership to prevent them from destroying their own products like this. I have no idea how to switch to old netbanking once you sign up for Indie NB. At this point, I would complain to RBI after first approaching Nodal officer about it

⭕⭕Subject : issue on electricity bill payment by INDIE.
Since last 3 days i tried to make electricity bill payment by indie savings in indie app. All of the electricity bill payment from indie app has been failed and money deducted.
I know refund will come within 5 days( got one refund among three),but why electricity bill payment has been failed continuously using indie but no issue for credit card bill payment ...

Any one facing this issue ‼️‼️‼️‼️⁉️⁉️⁉️🌀🌀🔪🔪🔪🔪🔪❓❓❓❓❓❓⭕⭕⭕⭕

Indie app & Indus moments both don't have cash Redemption option since many months it's not new. Only way I use is web desktop login of Indusnet – See Left bottom & click – Manage Relationship – Manage Debit Cards.

But since your indusnet is not working so try to create new ids for hit n trial or mailing them is last option. But be ready for snails pace.

As soon as I switched to Indie app last year, all my Indusind credit cards were visible there. No extra thing I did.

Is the megastar option visible on the top left in indie app? unable to see it in the app. cannot go to the point/gem page.

If you are a megastar it's not a big problem. Many times I have observed there will be nothing(not megastar nor star) in the top left corner even if iam a megastar member.
Wait for some hours or better check next day if you are a megastar member you will see the the option

Same happening with me for Indane gas booking... worked with netbanking but they haven't added gems for net banking payment
