Indusind Exclusive a/c and Pinnacle Card

Hello,
I have read through various posts related to Indusind Exclusive account but couldn't find my answer so writing this post.

I had the Pinnacle card and recenly I have opened the Exclusive account with required MAB.
When I login to my Indusind Indie App, i can see my account details and the Pinnacle card is also showing.

1. So this means the card is already linked?
2. Should I confirm the 0 MAB from cust support?

IndusInd app got updated and in the new app this option is not available. I have recently opened exclusive account and want to map it with pinnacle card to make it 0 MAB. Can anybody help with how to map this in the new app?

Try old indus mobile app. Or else call or mail cc. They will do it

Old app is allowing login, it is redirecting to their new app. Will probably have to try through net banking or customer care

For me both d apps r working currently. Indusind cc is pathetic u wont ever connect wid any living person. Just drop a mail its mch easier n it will b done

Not correct...If pinnacle and exclusive are not linked to same CIF id then exclusive account is not zero MAB

If you are unable to link via netbanking try old indusind app and choose link relationships. Otherwise best option is to call the credit card customer care only and ask them to link the card to banking relationship. It would be done in minutes on call.

Haha I know. But initially, Indie was good. Used to give 10% off upto 500 on CC bills p.m that too almost zero mab a/c. Now it's devalued to 150 cb sadly but still not so bad.
Additionally Exclusive a/c I just kept for zero Mab lifetime with Pinnacle & Exclusive dc for Zero Forex.

In the IndusInd Mobile App - > under Settings -> Account Settings,

Make sure your Indusind Exclusive / Select account and Pinnacle / Legend CCs are selected under " Preferred Accounts / Cards" section.

This means they are mapped.. See the Screenshot below for more details..

I have Pinnacle card and opened Exclusive Account. I sent email for confirmation of O AMB. Got confirmation that Account will be Zero AMB. Last month NON-MAINTENANCE CHARGE OF 1063/- DEDUCTED. I thanked to RM and mailed for reversal. Waiting for resolution.
