Being offered pinnacle & celesta I straight away requested for pinnacle upgradation but with zero joining and not interested in precious vouchers they tried to explain about the features I disconnected, Indusind High end cards aren't exactly high end

Applied for pinnacle card from legend and card got reflected in indie now I want to downgrade my pinnacle card due to high fees and asked to reduce the joining fee is possible by omitting the Joining voucher

Received call today for upgradation from Pinnacle to Celesta Amex card. They are quoting 25k Joining fees with 25k vouchers, 5k annual fees with 6k Dining vouchers on renewal. I insisted for better offer but they are reluctant.
One query is whether Exclusive Account with Zero MAB will be continued if I upgrade to Celesta or will AMB be changed to 1 L?

Just received an email with this offer. I've replied that I can only take it if it's LTF without any joining benefits.
I 100% know that they won't do that, they've very poor customer support. Just trying my luck. 🤞

They are in the habit of selling their so called Super Premium cards by charging huge fees as joining fees and giving equivalent vouchers which are not very popular. Only way of getting LTF lifestyle cards from Indus Ind Bank is through pre approved card upgrade offers which are very rare.

Previously, I received an offer to upgrade from a Legend to a Pinnacle credit card
1- 15k + GST: voucher benefit
2- 10K + Gst: No voucher benefit

I thought of going with 15K and redeeming those vouchers as a Tata Cliq Fashion voucher, but I was still on a loss of approximately 18% + GST of around 2K. So didn't go with the upgrade offer.

However, they are now calling and mailing to upgrade Celestial CC.

No point upgrading. Amex Network is patchy. Plus Rs 5000 annual fees has no concrete benefit. If they are taking huge joining fees, then no point paying annual fees.
