Last month received cashback on lpg booking as well.. but this month all transactions for indane gas booking failing

I made a payment for postpaid broadband once and did not get any benefit.

This offer seems to have been extended to indusind savings accounts too now.

For Pioneer, Grande, Select and exclusive account holders:

• Users can earn up to Rs.500 cashback every calendar month.
• Users can earn Rs.50 cashback on every bill payment above Rs.500
• Offer valid starting 1st June, 2025

Cashback will be applicable only on the mentioned bill categories: Credit Card, Mobile post-paid, DTH, Mutual Fund, Loans, FASTag and Electricity bill

For other account holders:

• Users can earn up to Rs.200 cashback every calendar month.
• Users can earn Rs.25 cashback on every bill payment above Rs.500

• The cashback will be credited only on the first transaction made on a biller in a month.
• For example: if a user makes 3 bill payments on a IndusInd credit card in a month, he/she will be eligible for cashback only on the first payment and hence will be eligible for Rs.50 cashback (Pioneer, Grande, Select and exclusive account holders) and Rs.25 cashback (Other account holders)

This cashback offer is not applicable to INDIE savings account holders.

I had posted the FAQ for billpay via indus premium accounts.

Since you said gems, as per their indie T&C, you correctly got 3 times.
check the examples for indie savings acc holders:

Case 2: If you pay four different credit card bills (all under the “Credit Card” category), only the first three transactions in this category will be rewarded.
