Indian bank rupay select debit card addon

Hi , any one applied indian bank rupay select debit from app ? If yes was that mentioned as domestic?
I applied the rupay select debit card as addon card ( i already holding mastercard ) due to its rupay select benefits.
But while applying it mentioned rupay select domestic and it's the only rupay select card shown .
I thought it was just a mistake , but even i enabled international transactions, card got declined , then I asked customer care they mentioned it's domestic card so international transactions won't work . To get international card we have to contact branch directly.

Now my another is , if rupay select card is domestic then how can we use the international lounge using this card since it provide 2 access per year .


So if any one applied rupay select card recently , is that same case ? Any tried international transactions?

1. How many add on RSDC have u got from app? I have one RSDC only I am unable to generate next add on RSDC. I think their back end banking software have some issue. Raised complain but no solution yet.

2. It's name domestic. But inside the app they have seperate option for enabling international txn.

offtopic : recently opened a account in indian bank and got RSDC.
but i am not able to use the card anywhere, when i try to use it online, after entering the otp, it keeps failing.
when i tried using at ATM, it failed (error - invalid account selection)

i checked and reset all the limits and usage of card from app but still facing the same issue

my account is active and upi is working well, it's just the debit card, it's been a week since i got the card. can't visit my home branch as i lives in a different city.
