So inspired by @zomatoo ,
Opened account in Indian Bank.
Asual my psu story, it turned out to be worst experience.
Account variant 1:
IND Pro Silver
25k mab
No sms charges
FYF Rupay select dc
Account variant 2:
IND Pro Gold
1L mab
LTF Rupay Select dc
Myntra 250gv ( i guess its quarterly)
BOGO
Currently mab charges are waived off for all account variants in Indian bank, so no need to worry about balance maintenance but account might downgrade later.
Note: This account is for professionals just like Union Udaan. However most branches don't ask proofs.
My experience:
Confused between Silver and Gold, but chose silver as rsdc benefits wont last a year, no need of ltf.
Went to branch,asked about this, Asual nobody knows about it. Went to BM cabin and asked ,he checked and told me its for professionals only.
I told him,I'm an engineer, he said not for salaried and we need employment proofs. I told my friends opened without any proofs,he replied we can also open without proofs, but later they might ask you.
I replied ok open now, if they demand later i will provide. He agreed and told me to open in tab.
Selected ind pro silver in tab and Successfully opened account. Got ac no and cif instantly. But they need to activate account manually in CBS, told me to wait as server not coming. Waited 1 and half hour, then they did activated.
Deposited 1500.
Gave photo and collected passbook. Got green pin to login into app.
While applying dc in app, its saying address 2 is empty. I asked them to insert something in address2 of my acc, they didn't understand anything and told me address comes from adhar,we can't edit it.
So Filled dc form and wrote rupay select and applied manually. No fee debited.
Also remember even if we give email in tab, it wont register. I had to give form to update email id.
You can try add ons in branch. I dont have energy so left branch.
