When MSD took over he had some seniors in the team, same with Virat he had MSD and some other seniors in team. But for Gill except Gambhir there is none in the team.

Ro-Ko should travel to England and give Gill necessary exposure and suggestions on the field. I would love to see Kohli kill attitude transfer to Gill in Whites, which didn't happen. Sudden transition happened with some back end issues within support team and main team. 3 departments wins you matches, batting alone can't win matches.

Gill was not a good captain in ipl, He was clueless most times, Nehra was the one who's been guiding bowlers and fielders.

He's made captain for international team all of a sudden, obviously he will do blunders and takes a lot time to learn and improve.

Leave about the captaincy man, What about the fielding which letting down the game for us?

Brook was dropped by multiple times which has been frustrating me. Couldn't break this partnership at all.
