I need total 3 Lounge Access next week wanted to know can I avail 3 pass together?

With a card, you will be able to avail 1+1, and with dreamfolks, you will be able to avail 1+1(Select DC) or 1+1(Wealth DC).

Are they allowed to silently change rules?

It's not a devaluation, they have just patched the loophole. With 1 access 1 Guest is allowed. Same as before only difference is you can't club all the guests in 1 single access.
So, if you need guest access I suggest generating the DF QR 4-5Hrs before the journey with 1 guest and swiping the card at the counter for 3rd and 4th Guests.

Is this still true? I was trying to book yesterday on Dreamfolks and I could only get 1+1 companion on IDFC Wealth DC. When I used last year I was able to get 1+3 in one visit.

IDFC wealth is now allowing only 1 guest. Seems like it was silently devalued

The same devaluation for Select also.

And also previously if there was a glitch that you can have all 3 guests in 1 visit so the next visits in those quarter only self must've been allowed right as we used 3 guests already?

Yes, with a gap of a minimum of 3Hrs between the QR and Card swipe

IDFC DC doesn't provide Railway Lounge Access AFAIK. Only CC provides it and from next month you need to spend 20K in the previous month for Railway Lounge Access.
