Do we receive rewards on idfc 25k variant opened via branch when we do first txn via provided visa plat debit card.
First txn of 1100 (amazon pay e gift voucher) failed and refunded. So in this case another txn is eligible for 2k reward points or not?

Yes eligible. It happened to me too. For me transaction was successful, but not received reward points. Next transaction i received the reward points.

Yes MCC 6012, 6540, 9399 are excluded. There is no time line. Whenever you do a first transaction using ur debit card, u will receive welcome reward points..

Had wealth account previously, but due to some issues closed old account and opened new account.
But for both new visa and rupay, didn't get 8k points.

Private, but I missed an opportunity of 2k points for normal account. Also if I had first made my account to wealth could have accumulated 8k as well so total could have been 30k
