I got LE offer of 6.6L from 5.5L on my Wealth CC, not much spends though..

Check yours, in your email or thru whatsapp banking..

12 lakhs to 5 lakhs.. not using the carx except an SI of Rs 199.

I think it is fair enough from banks perspective!!

Usually they communicate by mail or WhatsApp. IDFC haven't sent me any communication on message.

I really like IDFC's technology..
Increased Credit limit via WhatsApp ..
Received the email instantly..
Received the SMS in a few minutes ..
And
LE was immediately reflected in the app..

Very smooth and efficient way of conducting business...

Citibank offered credit limit increase over SMS and email reply with "I accept the credit limit increase" almost a decade ago.

It was a different experience. I remember using bill payment on Citi online banking as early as 2008. It'd take 3-5 days to a week for the payment to be processed and a very limited set of billers.

I have been banking with IDFC for close to a decade now and there's many a things that they did first and different.
