Received the email instantly..
Received the SMS in a few minutes ..
And
LE was immediately reflected in the app..

Very smooth and efficient way of conducting business...

Yes absolutely.
I agree with guys 200%
Totally no-fuss as they took my consent, applied on my behalf & got instant rejection. I was so fast, swift and shunning 😑
All I did was to give em the OTP!

I shared the OTP to the bank’s RM only and what will they gain by the CC application OTP?

Agreed their app and technology wise they are good. I don't remember last time I used wealth cc of mine. Already have 11L not sure if spending zero will they will give any le either 😅.

I don't think idfc CCs are any useful in the foreseeable future unless theybdo something drastic...

Let's hope they address this to atleast some extent
