Idfc First Power Plus Credit Card - Cheats

Recently took idfc first power plus credit card solely for purpose of fuel and donre transaction at idfc authorised hpcl partner and 4% rewards were appeared and later when bill generated they moved that to utility category and reversed all points, cheating customers this way. Does anyone have idea about escalating this and do we have impact if we close this card within 1 month of acquiring?

if its secured or availed via c2c then close after 6 months.

report ombudsman, you need to proof fuel purchase made with that card.

I had 1511 rewards in app for IDFC Power Plus credit card. Statement generated & rewards showing 562 in app. Has anyone experienced?

Yes it will happen in every statement. Seems there is capping for fuel and utility rewards.
