Got my Vistara IDFC Card a week back. As joining bonus one can earn 6,000 CV Points.

Does IDFC sends an email confirming the below, that from xyz date below milestone will be applicable?

Here is the T&C:

"Earn up to 6000 CV points by spending a minimum Rs.30000 every month for 3 applicable billing cycles* Applicable Billing Cycles*: Billing statement for month 2, 3 and 4 from date of joining 2nd Billing Cycle - Spend 30K and earn 2000 CV points 3rd Billing Cycle - Spend 30K and earn 2000 CV points 4th Billing Cycle - Spend 30K and earn 2000 CV points"

Is there any particular reason? Not spend based rewards one but also thd normal promotional ones also.

I raised the issue today and they are asking Email , SMS confirmation of enrollment and the transactions done during this period so that they can investigate. I said ki Ma'am itna nhi hota, check kar k dekh lo, theek lage to credit kar dena vrna rhne do.
