we didn't know how they credited rewards points, i got rewards point for transaction done on 15th march 2024 at SBI Unipay but i didn't get any rewards points for 1st March 2024 transaction at SBI Unipay

You too are requested to do after few days by referring your previous payments.
They can't act randomly.
