IDFC App mein transactions par it is showing Credit Card Bill. So not sure how this is going to fetch any reward points
Gutliyaan toh IDFC ne waise hi chupaa di hai. No ledger any more and Jan25 to Mar25 toh points bhi credit nahi kare.
After new rewards portal launch, points are instantly credited, paid bills via phonepe last month (23,24th may be) and points were instantly credited. That’s not happening now?

Points are getting credited instantly. But very rarely they are not. In that situation we have to wait till 14 working days and then raise a manual point credit request if it’s a valid MCC. I have done it recently. And the points got credited

You can use the Zavo app to pay credit card bills using an IDFC Firstap RuPay debit card and earn rewards.
Note - if otp not receive then check your whatsapp for otp.

ZAVO review: So far, the experience is smooth. I paid almost one lakh today, with no issues, and the points are credited instantly—one good thing about the new reward portal. See what happens in the next payments. 🤞🏻

Same for me. Was a little scared about being asked for PAN Card and pulling the credit score. Not approving of sending OTP to whatsapp rather than SIM/SMS
Also, was unable to save my IDFC Rupay debit card details, so for every credit card / every payment I had to re-enter the debit card number/CVV/expiration but that's a small price to pay for the rewards I got.
