I don't understand.. we can easily get 5% on those vouchers without any of these offers. So, do check once.
This offer mainly useful for those who do..
- Offline Grocery or Shopping and other offline spends.
For online, I'm not sure this is good offer.

Yes same, I got 250 cashback on 5K spends. Kinda double dip for me as well.
Insurance is not mentioned in the excluded MCC list. Can some one confirm this? Normally insurance premium MCC is 6300. Paying insurance premium also can fetch 500 INR cashback? I got 500 INR cashback for 10 K spends

If it is not mentioned in exclusion list, then it should be eligible. Take a screenshot of your offer exclusion list and spend on remaining categories, it will work.
Note: I don't think anyone can confirm absolutely at this time, since reward points/cashback will not credit until between 15th January ’23 to 1st February ’24.
