I have decade old account in IDBi, opened for my home loan account. So far my experience with their banking wasn`t that good. Had 2-3 times applied for DC and they always get it after few follow ups. Last year got the Rupay classic but hardly used.
Today checked in app and it did not show any way to get Rupay select, was on verge to hotlist the clasic but feel highly unlikely that RSDC apply option will be available online... If users here can report any more info then I can proceed.

No debit card available before apply (There was no debit card in the account before applying).

No their system is out of world. Everything needs approval from regional office which is very much time consuming plus they are lazy af because of obvious reasons.

I just can’t agree more. Trust me there are three branches in my city, none of the employee was helpful in any case. Most ridiculous bank just waiting for the takeover of the bank.
IDBI customer care ko kuch bhi nahi pata card k bare me.
