Icici Upgrade offer, take it or leave it?

I have Icici Amazon pay with 4.5L limit and recently got LTF Coral Rupay. Just one month after giving Ltf Coral Rupay, they are offering to upgrade it to Sapphiro or MMT Signature or Manchester United signature.

Usage: Regularly uses Amazon pay. Coral Rupay is for Icici Offers on various sites. After getting Coral Rupay I also got Neu Infinity, so this satisfies UPI-Rupay need. Now holding Coral only for Icici offers.

So, should upgrade to Sapphiro or MMT Signature? Or leave them?

Upgrading to Emeralde LTF is not easy.

Obviously it's not easy... Not possible for normal person..
