Bro, although I am going through the thread, but I am not getting a clear picture.
I have a salary account with ICICI not sure which variant.
I want to enroll to Family 360. Should I open account for my wife online? And then request F360 from branch?
What steps should I follow?
Also is it possible to get Family 360 without adding any family?
I am getting 4 options in imobile, 2 of which are
Salary Family
Family 360

yes, sad but true, it is very difficult to get a clear picture with ICICI. The most confusing bank ever.
For grouped account (whatever they call it - family360 or salary family), the basic thing is - Each people should have an ICICI bank account each and all of them can be clubbed into one cluster or group kind of thing (just so that everyone can enjoy same benefits).
You need to open an account for your wife (online or offline your wish) (Without bank account what will we link?)
Now, yours is a salary account - well and good.
Don't know which variant - that is also OK, not a big problem.
In iMobile you are getting 4 options - nice.
Click one by one and see what happens. (Just in the first click, nothing will happen, no need to get afraid, just click and see)
To link another person's account, you atleast need to do 3-4 steps. Go forward and check one or two steps.
Most probably, you will see something like this:
If you select 'Family 360' and click Next - it will show an error message - this facility is not available for your account.
If you select 'Salary Family' and click Next - it will ask you for the account details that you want to link.
Please try and see if this is much correct or not.
