ICICI Emaralde Private Metal CC application issue

Hello Team,

I had applied for the Emeralde PVC credit card, and although I received the card last week, the application status on the portal still shows as incomplete. It has been around 10 days since I submitted the application.

Now, my Relationship Manager has secured approval for the Emeralde Metal variant, but she’s unable to proceed with the application due to the existing one still being marked as in progress.

Could you please advise how this can be resolved?

There are 2 types of application procedure for ICICI Cards. One is Olen’s or something and other is old Application method. So ask your RM or BM to apply on the second method with change in mobile number, it should work.

If one already has an Emeralde card, does he/she have to go through the Adhaar OTP and other formalities at the beginning or the BM/RM can initiate an upgradation process without the above mentioned formalities of OTP and form filling procedure, etc. for EPM?
