Icici Direct Free with Icici Salary account?

With ICICI bank titanium salary account do we get free Icici direct ?
Is it first year free and AMC charges from next year or
Lifetime zero AMC charges?

They are kindof hideous. I didn't even know I had a Icici direct paid version with my salary account. I didn't even get mail/sms about maintenance charges. I had to request them to close it.
