ICICI credit card still active in CIBIL when I have already closed it.

So I had a secured credit card from ICICI with 27k limit. I found that it was not sufficient for me. So I closed that card and FD, opened a new FD and got a new secured card of limit 50k. but today when I saw my CIBIL I saw 2 secured ICICI cards active in my account. is there any way to close that card in CIBIL..?
