ICICI Coral RuPay Railway Longue Access

Has any one used Coral RuPay credit card in Chennai newly started (in Feb 2024) Railway Longue. I see people holding Coral RuPay card in the queue. I am not sure if they paid the amount or availed free longue access.

Yesterday I got a message that

SR0987654321: Dear Customer, principal outstanding of INR 1000 on your ICICI Bank Credit Card XX002 has been reversed on 27-JUN-25. Today I got the credit in my coral rupay card account as"SERVICE CREDIT". What's that???

Nothing. When I called them they told me that it's for the late payment fee reversal. I don't have any late payment fee till now
