I missed the payment for the cc bill for the first time. the Late fee was 1000 + GST and the interest was around 1900 + GST. I complained on twitter and they offered to waive off 1000 subject to approval which i agreed. Is there any way to get the remaining 1900 also waived off? I still dont have confirmation that the 1000 will be waived off.
